There will be mandatory Webex orientations for the VIRTUAL CHAPTER meeting Only every TBD. You are required to attend the oreientation once before the day of the event to ensure that you are set up for properly for the Chapter Virtual Meeting and to answer any of your questions about how to use the system. Information about these orientation sessions will be emailed to you after you have registered.
NOTE: If an individual registers for the virtual sessions, they can only claim continuing education credit for the time they were engaged in the virtual session as a learner. If they had to step away for any reason, they are not allowed to claim that time for credit. Since ACCME approves the educational program for the virtual format on those specific days/times, we are unable to offer the option to view the raw material at another date/time and claim credit. However, if the individual did miss portions of a lecture, they will receive the powerpoint presentations and handouts for that session they can review as all registrants will have access to the materials. We highly recommend the individual takes measures to be available during the virtual times, specifically for the lectures they have a significant interest in while we realize they might not have a choice if they do need to step away.
