- Increase awareness of the potential for spontaneous bladder rupture in diseased bladders with the use of pressurized continuous bladder irrigation.
- List alternatives to pressurized continuous bladder irrigation in the monoplace chamber.
- To explain how compartment syndrome in carbon monoxide intoxication can occur.
- For practitioners to be aware of the risk of compartment syndrome in patients being treated for Carbon Monoxide intoxication.
- Analyze the influence of the hyperbaric hyperoxia or air environment on skeletal muscle mitochondrial bioenergetic end-points of rats submitted to muscle contusion.
- Analyze the impact of the contusion on the injured and non-injured gastrocnemius on mitochondria swelling amplitude.
