  1. To understand the pathophysiological mechanisms in which HBO could benefit patients with perianal Crohn's disease.
  2. To know what evidence is already available on HBO2 treatment in IBD e.g. Crohn disease.
  3. To examine the independent effects of cold water submersion and post-submersion rehydration on post-submersion aerobic exercise performance. 
  4. To understand the effects of four hours of cold water submersion on orthostatic tolerance and overnight recovery, and the influence of partial fluid replacement with water following submersion.
  5. To understand the danger of the lack of a system to investigate the hypoxia condition of the rebreather diver.
  6.  To explain that the detection of peripheral oxygen saturation makes the immersion with a rebreather safer.
