The Hotel requires a first night deposit or guarantee on all reservations.  When a reservation is received via telephone, fax or mail, the guest has 10 days to provide a guarantee.  If the guarantee is not received within 10 days, the reservation will be cancelled.  Reservations can be guaranteed by check, money order, major credit card or to your Master Account.  Any reservations made after 5:00pm
Wednesday August 28, 2024, are subject to availability.

*$30.00 each additional person, per room, per night, applies after two adults occupy a room

The Guest Room Rates, inclusive of complimentary guest room internet (up to 2 mbps), are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, applicable service fees, and/or Hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the Event, which are currently 16.20% and $2.00 occupancy tax, and subject to change.

The convention rate will be honored three (3) days before/after the official meeting dates, based on last room availability of the hotel at the time the reservation is made.  Our check-in time is 4:00 pm; check out time is 12:00 noon, unless Hotel has reached a projected 95% occupancy.

Should a reservation be cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date, the first night’s rooms and tax will be charged as a penalty.
