To All UHMS Accreditation Program Surveyors:

Greetings!  I would like to thank each of you for taking a few hours out of your busy schedule to participate in this opportunity to “refresh” your initial training to be a surveyor in our clinical hyperbaric facility accreditation program.  The objectives are pretty simple: to bring you up to date on the growth of accreditation; to describe recent changes in the program; to clarify the intent of some key probes; to remind you of important elements of surveyor conduct; and, to provide insight on program changes that are in the works.  It is important to note that this training has been approved for 2 hours of CME.  Thank you again for all that you do to support this vital program.  If it were not for you, we would have no program!
